Marian Fields is a rising junior at Austin College. Her major course of study is English, and her minor is Philosophy. She is looking to enter the field of journalism or publication editing. Ultimately, God willing, Marian would like to write speeches for the president and other leaders. In high school she was a three-time-winning competitive speaker. This past school year Marian had the privilege of being the student speaker for the annual Austin College Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast.
Marian grew up as a member of Friendship Baptist Church in The Colony, TX.
